Marcelo is a lawyer with more than eight years of experience in Civil, Commercial and Administrative Law. He has worked as in-house legal counsel for multinational companies and currently leads the firm’s Air, Space, Property and Municipal Law Department, providing legal advice in regulated and technology-driven sectors.

His experience includes litigation, credit recovery and restructuring, bankruptcy proceedings and creditor arrangements, representing clients before authorities such as the National Directorate of Civil Aeronautics (DINAC) and the Supreme Court. He has a strong academic background, including a Master’s degree in Air and Space Law, and international experience at Airbus Defence and Space. He is fluent in Spanish and English and holds certifications as an aeronautical expert and commercial pilot.
