Gustavo Adolfo Delgado Breuer has a solid professional background in judicial and administrative bodies and is a graduate of the Catholic University “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción”. He has experience in criminal, civil and commercial law, having worked at the Specialized Unit for Ordinary Crimes of the Public Prosecutor’s Office and within the Judiciary, handling civil and commercial proceedings and matters before the Court of Appeals.

He also served at the Legal Affairs Directorate of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, providing advice on international law and transnational matters.
